Giancarlo De Marinis

Giancarlo De Marinis graduated in Medicine and Surgery and specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the La Sapienza University of Rome. He began his hospital activity in 1980 at the CTO in Rome where from 1990 to 2000, in addition to his normal activity as an orthotraumatologist, he worked at the Center for Microsurgery and Limb Reimplantation in Central Southern Italy (participating in the first complete hand replanting of central-southern Italy).

This has allowed him to accumulate considerable experience in the management of major traumatized limbs and in reconstructive surgery, obtaining a series of emergency interventions of micro and macro reimplantations of considerable size.
