They will also handle with administrative issues such as getting in touch with the patient’s insurance company and, where applicable, billing the international or travel insurance directly.
A translation of the hospital discharge letter will be provided when the patient is leaving the hospital and an electronic copy of the medical records will be sent within 15 days.
