A member of our team will receive the patient, who will be assisted by a group of multi-lingual interpreters available 24/7 that will accompany him/her during the whole stay at our facility. They will also handle with administrative issues such as getting in touch with the patient’s insurance company and, where applicable, billing the international or travel insurance directly.
A translation of the hospital discharge letter will be provided when the patient is leaving the hospital and an electronic copy of the medical records will be sent within 15 days.

We also collaborate with the major international medical insurance companies for the direct billing procedure.
